All candidates will be tested on their basic production knowledge, will have been personally interviewed, and reference checks will have been completed prior to us recommending them to you. We know how time consuming and costly it can be employing new staff and understand the importance of getting it right when it comes to finding new people. Our service includes:

• Basic production knowledge testing
• Reference Check
• Free induction training session offered to all new employees placed by BPS
• 60% fee on placement
• 40% fee on completion of 3 month probation period
• 10% refund of placement fee if candidate leaves within 6 months of appointment
